The booklet talks about the features of the locks and how they benefit all industry in America by making shipping cheaper and offesetting other costs of doing business. The booklet also gives specs of the four locks in operation, the Wetzel Lock, Poe Lock, Davis and Sabin Locks - No. 3 and No. 4, and Canadian Lock. The booklet is stamped with the date August 1, 1938.
