Donor was the Engineering Officer on board the USS JALLAO (SS-368) when it was decommissioned in 1974. The pattern was given to him by a crew member (FTG 3 [SS] Bruce M. Brown) whose father worked at Philadelphia Navy Shipyard. Following the last overhaul at PNSY, Brown was given the pattern for their use. |
