Acquired by USS COBIA crew member Ray Mahanes (died 12/2014) presumably while on COBIA. Later found in a storage shed, tarnished and covered with dust. Donor's son, Stephen Marks, cleaned and polished it and even replaced brass screws that were coming out. Corner was already damaged. |
